Let’s see where do I start? I’ve known Ray for many years and prior to transitioning into the Real Estate business. For first-time home-buyers like us, Ray has been the perfect agent. Once we knew what we wanted to see, Ray made it happen at our convenience, willingly spending hours of weekend time with us—even on his wife’s birthday! However, there are two things specifically related to our sale that I want you to know about:
- This house had 4 bathrooms which needed to be re-caulked. Ray OFFERED to help me re-caulk each of the bathrooms! He came over on a Saturday morning and knocked that project off my list. How’s that for “one-on-one” attention?

This made my wife and I both uneasy and excited at the same time: uneasy in being the “guinea pig” and excited for finding a different way to expose our home. Needless to say, the results were great! Here’s the great part: Ray helped me install my double oven (I should actually say…I helped Ray install my oven!). What other realtor will OFFER to help their client install something, yet alone a double oven weighing several hundred pounds? He even brought in all the necessary tools. We are extremely pleased to have Ray as our realtor. We now have a new friend. As a matter of fact, so does my son. He just loves Ray and his sons!
